Begin by telling us about what you're looking for. 

step 2 - Tours

After receiving your request, we will send you a list of properties that match your criteria. From there you choose up to 5 listings you want to see and we set up all appointments for a half day tour. 

step 3 - APPLY

We will help you with both the lease application and the lease contract.

step 3 - Move-in!

We will help to ensure you have a smooth and less stressful move by assisting you with anything else you may need to make your transition run smoothly.

Includes:

  • A needs assessment based on your lifestyle, commute and budget

  • Helping you through the process of renting in the greater Seattle area

  • Gathering all documents and pre-approving you

  • Searching all sources to find all available rentals that match your search criteria

  • Showing you up to 5 selected properties during your half day tour

  • Assisting with both the applications and the rental lease contract
